These terms govern your use of the Aida Coaching website (aidacoaching.com) and any courses, programmes, or services purchased through it. By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Courses and digital content

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own use. You may not share, redistribute, copy, or resell course materials including videos, exercises, and downloadable resources.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@aidacoaching.com.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and USD.

If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to hello@aidacoaching.com.

Coaching services

Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Our coaching programmes are educational and developmental in nature. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of Aida Coaching and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Aida Coaching provides courses and coaching on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate, evidence-based content, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
