What is Aida Coaching? +
Aida Coaching combines neuroscience and coaching psychology to help professionals, leaders, and founders create lasting change. Founded by Sonia Farquharson, who holds a Master's in Neuroscience from King's College London, our programmes are grounded in evidence-based practice.
How do I access my course after purchase? +
After payment, you'll be automatically enrolled and redirected to your course dashboard. You can also sign in at any time at courses.aidacoaching.com to access your content.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I get a refund? +
For the Burnout Protocol course: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. For the RESET programme: full refund within 7 days if the programme hasn't started, 50% refund before the second session, and non-refundable after (exceptions for medical emergencies).

Who is the Burnout Protocol course for? +
This course is designed for leaders, founders, and professionals who are experiencing burnout — or who recognise the early signs and want to act before it gets worse. If you're ambitious, driven, and feeling the toll of sustained pressure, this is for you.
Is the Burnout Protocol a replacement for therapy? +
No. This is an educational course grounded in neuroscience. It will help you understand the biology of burnout and build a recovery protocol, but it is not therapy or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please seek professional support.
How long does the Burnout Protocol take to complete? +
The course has 13 video lessons. Videos 1–5 are available now, with the remaining videos being released shortly. We recommend watching one per week to allow time for integration and exercises. But it's entirely self-paced — go faster or slower as you need.
What if I'm not burnt out yet? +
Even better. Prevention is one of the key themes of this course — you'll learn why burnout is preventable and how to build habits that protect you before it takes hold.
Do I need any prior knowledge? +
None at all. Everything is explained from first principles. Whether you're new to neuroscience or have a background in it, the course meets you where you are.
RESET Programme
Who is RESET for? +
RESET is designed for professionals who feel stuck despite external success. If you've tried self-help but lack direction, seek clarity in life or career, and want community support from like-minded peers, this program is for you.
What if I can't attend a live session? +
All sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours. While we encourage live attendance for the full experience, you'll never miss the content.
How is RESET different from other coaching programs? +
RESET combines neuroscience and coaching psychology in an intimate group setting (max 5 participants). It's not motivational fluff — it's evidence-based transformation with personalised attention.
Can I do RESET alongside my full-time job? +
Absolutely. The programme requires about 3-4 hours per week: 90 minutes for the live session plus time for reflection exercises. Many participants find this structure helps them maintain work-life balance.
