My Journey to Empowerment: Introducing Aida Coaching

How my experiences as a woman in tech, mother, and daughter of a resilient immigrant led me to found Aida Coaching.

Women wear many hats and juggle many roles. My roles include mother, former marketing leader in the tech industry, angel investor, and Certified Coach and Founder of Aida Coaching. One common thread ties these together: my passion for empowering women.

Early Influences

I was born the fourth child of an immigrant Muslim family in France. My mother, a single woman during an era when divorce carried social stigma, became my guiding influence.

She founded four companies and built a thriving property estate while raising her children alone. This early exposure to her resilience sparked my drive to help women recognize their worth.

Lessons from Tech

The tech industry proved challenging. I often silenced my discomfort in a male-dominated field, choosing conformity over confronting sexism, eventually accepting it as normal.

I navigated international assignments where different cultural norms, languages, and business practices compounded the challenge of being a woman in technology.

The Turning Point

My growing confidence became shadowed by frustration—my emotions controlled my decisions, leading to regrettable actions. Everything changed when I got a coach.

This professional guidance helped me navigate a difficult manager relationship and probably prevented me from leaving a job I loved. Through months of work, I unlearned old patterns and learned to speak my truth without fear.

The Birth of Aida Coaching

My career progressed, and I joined an inclusion and diversity committee. Noticing the focus remained on numbers rather than genuine empowerment, I launched the organization’s largest women-centric initiative, witnessing remarkable demand.

This experience crystallized my passion. I became a certified coach and founded Aida Coaching—a platform that provides every woman, irrespective of her situation, with the tools to navigate her career and life confidently.

Why “Aida”?

Aida is a name that appears across cultures and carries meanings of “returning” and “reward.” It represents the return to your authentic self and the reward of living aligned with your values.

Looking Forward

As a mother to two daughters, I remain determined to create the pathway my mother provided for me.

Aida Coaching represents more than a business. It’s a movement. It’s a community. It’s a collective of women supporting each other to soar higher.

Welcome to Aida.
