## What it is

A deck of 100 questions used in real coaching sessions, written to be sat with rather than read. Each card asks one question. There is no advice on the back and no affirmation on the front.

The deck is built for people who are outwardly holding it together and inwardly running out of road: a career transition, a "what now?" season, a quiet kind of stuckness. It is also used professionally, by coaches and therapists with clients, and by managers in one-to-ones.

## How it differs from affirmation cards

An affirmation card gives you a statement to agree with. These cards give you a question to answer. The first tells you how to feel, the second makes your own thinking move, which is what a coach would do in the room. Nothing on a card tells you that you are enough.

## What is inside

100 cards across 12 themes covering identity, confidence, boundaries, burnout, values, direction and transition. The questions come from the RESET coaching programme and each one has already been used with a real person in a real session.

## How to use it

Draw one card. Write for five minutes. That is the whole method. It works as a daily practice, as a weekly reset, or as a prompt for a conversation with someone else.

## Refund policy

If the deck arrives and is not what you hoped for, email hello@aidacoaching.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund on the deck. Return postage is not covered.
